As part of our standard operating policy, vehicles that are new to us—or haven't been in for several months—receive a Full Vehicle Safety Inspection @ $38 before we prepare estimates or begin work.
This protects you and your vehicle by documenting current condition and alerting you to any urgent safety concerns. You'll receive a detailed report by email (or printed if you prefer). The $38 covers the inspection and documentation.
We promise that when your business vehicle needs repair, responding to you right away is our priority. Your vehicle gets immediate diagnostic attention the same day you call.

I braught my car in on a recommendation from a friend because it was running very rough. Within 45 min to an hour they knew exaactly what was wrong and had done a full inspection of my vehicle. They updated me and ordered the parts. In notime i was back on the road with a perfect running car. The people that work there are very professional and fast. Definitely will be taking my car back for any future needs. Also there dog is awesome.

Dropped in with with P0705 code. Chris fit me in and completed a through diagnosis withIn a few hours. He ordered the part and called me a few days later to let me know the part was in and to schedule a time to come in. Chris and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I live on the other side of town, but will always trust my vehicles to Paragon.

A friend, mechanically savvy, recommended I contact Paragon for the work I wanted done on my Sprinter 3500, LTV motorhome. So glad I acted on this advise. Chris and team performed the work within the cost and time quoted to me. When the work was complete he reviewed the work performed and gave me thoughts for future maintenance. Because of Chris’ professional and customer directed attitude, I scheduled an additional appointment for “modifications” to my motorhome.
